Diane has the overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the association, its staff, and programs. She works with the Association's Leadership to guide the overall direction of the Association to serve its members and accomplish its mission.

Director, Communications & Member Services

Liz is responsible for the Association's communications and publications efforts, including the website. Additionally, Liz is responsible for assessing member needs in all areas of the Association's operations, including conducting focus groups and member surveys. She also serves as the staff liaison to the Affiliate and Membership Committees.

Director, Education & Professional Standards

Maggie administers the association's Professional Standards program and Professional Development for the Real Estate Success Institute's Designation and Certification courses along with general educational offerings. She also serves as the staff liaison to the Grievance and Professional Standards, Education and Community Outreach and Cultural Diversity Committees.

Communications Coordinator

Lauren is responsible for assisting with the communications efforts of the association. She is also called upon to form and strengthen relations with the media and public regarding the association. Lauren is the main contact for membership news, social media updates and Broker's Luncheons. She also serves as the staff liaison to the Young Professionals Network (YPN) and the Legislative and REALTOR® Recognition Committees.
