Diane has the overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the association, its staff, and programs. She works with the Association's Leadership to guide the overall direction of the Association to serve its members and accomplish its mission.

Assistant Director, Real Estate Success Institute and Continuing Education

Tony is a licensed NJ Real Estate instructor and currently facilitates courses for the school's NJ Pre-Licensing and Broker Candidate courses.Tony handles CE course outlines for BCCAR's own Real Estate Success Institute, Inc. He also serves as the staff liaison to the Affiliate Committee.

Director, Professional Conduct & Development

Maggie administers the association's Professional Standards program and Professional Development for the Real Estate Success Institute's Designation and Certification courses along with general educational offerings. She also serves as the staff liaison to the Grievance and Professional Standards, Education and Community Outreach and Cultural Diversity Committees.

Liz is responsible for the Association's communications and publications efforts, including the website. Additionally, Liz is responsible for assessing member needs in all areas of the Association's operations, including conducting focus groups and member surveys. She also serves as the staff liaison to the Legislative, Membership and REALTOR® Recognition Committees and the Young Professionals Network (YPN), an NAR® recognized local chapter.
