BCCAR's Sterling/Crystal/Diamond/Platinum Performer Awards
NEW!!! WE HAVE MADE CHANGES TO THE FORMER SUPERIOR PERFORMER AND SUPERSTAR AWARD PROGRAM. Please note that we have updated our applications for the Awards to be reflective of two quarters instead of one to accommodate for a recent change from quarterly to semi-annual "Breakfast of Champions" award ceremonies.Applications for the 4th Qtr (October 1, 2012 - December 31, 2012) and 1st Qtr 2013 (January 1, 2013 - March 31, 2013) will be collected in April for the June event.
Criteria - 10 units settled or $1 million settled per quarter.
Award Levels:
STERLING - Presented to those applicants who achieve the criteria for at least 1 quarter in the range of quarters specified.
CRYSTAL - Presented to those applicants who achieve the criteria in both of the quarters specified.
DIAMOND - Presented to those applicants who achieve the highest production levels in one quarter as specified in the following four areas: Sales by Units Settled, Sales by Dollar Volume Settled Listings by Units and Listings by Dollar Volume.
PLATINUM - Same criteria as Diamond, but presented to those applicants who achieve the highest production levels in the same category(ies) for both quarters.
Both pages of the application must be sent/faxed into BCCAR by the due date and signed by the Broker or Manager. If you are applying for the award in just one of the quarters, please write Not Applicable or N/A across the quarter that you are not applying for.

NJAR® Quarter Century Club
This club gives recognition to those REALTORS® who have had membership in NJAR for 25 years or more.Congratulations to 2012 NJAR® Quarter Century Club Recipients: Carlo Vitulano, Linda McNally.
NAR® Certification for REALTOR® Emeritus Status
Any person who has held membership in the National Association as a REALTOR® for a cumulative period of 40 years is eligible for REALTOR® Emeritus status. Upon approval by the Board of Directors of NAR®, NJAR® and BCCAR, no further payment of dues is necessary to the associations of which the REALTOR® Emeritus is a member. All applications must be sent to Mary Ellen at meg@bccar.us.
BCCAR REALTOR® of the Year Award
This is the highest honor that can be bestowed upon a REALTOR® by his peer group in recognition of outstanding contribution to the Association and the industry. A Committee is formed at the association to choose the winner. This name will also be sent onto NJAR as BCCAR's choice for NJAR REALTOR® of the Year (see below).NJAR® REALTOR® of the Year Award
This is the highest honor that NJAR awards through the associations. This Award is in recognition of service to the Community, the REALTOR® Association and the Real Estate Industry. Recognition plaque and awards event through NJAR and winner from NJAR is sent to NAR for their process.
BCCAR Affiliate of the Year Award
This is the highest honor that can be bestowed upon an Affiliate member by his peer group in recognition of outstanding contribution to the Association and the industry. A committee is formed at the association to choose the winner.
BCCAR REALTOR® Spirit Award
This award is presented to the BCCAR member who exemplifies the highest ethical level of professionalism and promotes being a REALTOR® and using REALTOR® services to assist the community. This award is not based on sales dollars or experience and is open to all member REALTOR® agents. Nominations are submitted by peers and the recipient chosen by the BCCAR REALTOR® Recoginition Committee is the one who best meets the criteria.
BCCAR Rising Star Award
This award is presented to the BCCAR member who exemplifies strength in becoming a leader in the real estate industry and the community. One who takes initiative to join other groups to enhance themselves and help influence their peers towards a new way of thinking and working. This award is not based on sales dollars or experience and is open to all member REALTOR® agents. Nominations are submitted by peers and the recipient chosen by the BCCAR REALTOR® Recognition Committee is the one who best meets the criteria.
BCCAR Thank You Award
A kind gesture, a helping hand or a selfless favor - these may seem so small, but they can make all the difference in the world. Have you ever wanted to just say "thanks" and express your gratitude to a colleague who was there for you? BCCAR's "Thank You" Award is a way to do just that. Nominations are submitted by peers and the recipient chosen by the BCCAR REALTOR® Recognition Committee is the one who best meets the criteria.

BCCAR Good Neighbor Award
This award is presented to the BCCAR member who exemplifies the highest ethical level of professionalism and humanitarian services such as "Good Samaritan" deeds. This award is not based on sales dollars or experience and is open to all member REALTOR® agents. Nominations are submitted by peers and the recipient chosen by the BCCAR REALTOR® Recognition Committee is the one who best meets the criteria.
NJAR® Good Neighbor Awards
This award was put into place to bring recognition to an outstanding development project in your community. All nominations should demonstrate three (3) characteristics: economic benefit/job creation, architectural merit, and community involvement.
