Presented annually in conjunction with the New Jersey Association of REALTORS®, the state-wide award recognizes outstanding listing and sales achievement by REALTORS®.
The 2011 minimum requirements for each level are as follows:

NJAR® Distinguished Sales Club Award
Presented annually in conjunction with the New Jersey Association of REALTORS®, the state-wide program recognizes members who have received the Million Dollar Sales Club Award/Circle of Excellence Award for 10 or more years.Congratulations to 2011 NJAR® Distinguished Sales Club Award Recipients: Antonina H. NJAR® Quarter Century Club
This club gives recognition to those REALTORS® who have had membership in NJAR for 25 years or more.Congratulations to 2011 NJAR® Quarter Century Club Recipients: Michael Bruccoliere, John Dunsmore, Diane Jupin, Dawn McCann, Glenda Ann Selby and Donna Symons.
NAR® Certification for REALTOR® Emeritus Status
Any person who has held membership in the National Association as a REALTOR® for a cumulative period of 40 years is eligible for REALTOR® Emeritus status. Upon approval by the Board of Directors of NAR®, NJAR® and BCCAR, no further payment of dues is necessary to the associations of which the REALTOR® Emeritus is a member. All applications must be sent to Mary Ellen at meg@bccar.us.
BCCAR REALTOR® of the Year Award
This is the highest honor that can be bestowed upon a REALTOR® by his peer group in recognition of outstanding contribution to the Association and the industry. A Committee is formed at the association to choose the winner. This name will also be sent onto NJAR as BCCAR's choice for NJAR REALTOR® of the Year (see below).NJAR® REALTOR® of the Year Award
This is the highest honor that NJAR awards through the associations. This Award is in recognition of service to the Community, the REALTOR® Association and the Real Estate Industry. Recognition plaque and awards event through NJAR and winner from NJAR is sent to NAR for their process.
BCCAR Affiliate of the Year Award
This is the highest honor that can be bestowed upon an Affiliate member by his peer group in recognition of outstanding contribution to the Association and the industry. A committee is formed at the association to choose the winner.
BCCAR REALTOR® Spirit Award
This award is presented to the BCCAR member who exemplifies the highest ethical level of professionalism and promotes being a REALTOR® and using REALTOR® services to assist the community. This award is not based on sales dollars or experience and is open to all member REALTOR® agents. Nominations are submitted by peers and the recipient chosen by the BCCAR REALTOR® Recoginition Committee is the one who best meets the criteria.
BCCAR Rising Star Award
This award is presented to the BCCAR member who exemplifies strength in becoming a leader in the real estate industry and the community. One who takes initiative to join other groups to enhance themselves and help influence their peers towards a new way of thinking and working. This award is not based on sales dollars or experience and is open to all member REALTOR® agents. Nominations are submitted by peers and the recipient chosen by the BCCAR REALTOR® Recognition Committee is the one who best meets the criteria.
BCCAR Thank You Award
A kind gesture, a helping hand or a selfless favor - these may seem so small, but they can make all the difference in the world. Have you ever wanted to just say "thanks" and express your gratitude to a colleague who was there for you? BCCAR's "Thank You" Award is a way to do just that. Nominations are submitted by peers and the recipient chosen by the BCCAR REALTOR® Recognition Committee is the one who best meets the criteria.
BCCAR Good Neighbor Award
This award is presented to the BCCAR member who exemplifies the highest ethical level of professionalism and humanitarian services such as "Good Samaritan" deeds. This award is not based on sales dollars or experience and is open to all member REALTOR® agents. Nominations are submitted by peers and the recipient chosen by the BCCAR REALTOR® Recognition Committee is the one who best meets the criteria.
NJAR® Good Neighbor Awards
This award was put into place to bring recognition to an outstanding development project in your community. All nominations should demonstrate three (3) characteristics: economic benefit/job creation, architectural merit, and community involvement.
