SuperStar/Superior Performer Award

The Association's quarterly awards recognition program, the SuperStar/Superior Performer Award, honors local sales agents who excel in the areas of closed listing dollar volume, sales dollar volume, listing units, and sales units.

BCCAR's "Breakfast of Champions" will be held on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at the aloft Hotel, Mt. Laurel.  

NJAR® Circle of Excellence Sales Award (Formerly NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club Award) Presented annually in conjunction with the New Jersey Association of REALTORS®, the state-wide award recognizes outstanding listing and sales achievement by REALTORS®.

The 2009 minimum requirements for each level are as follows:

NJAR® Distinguished Sales Club Award

Presented annually in conjunction with the New Jersey Association of REALTORS®, the state-wide program recognizes members who have received the Million Dollar Sales Club Award/Circle of Excellence Award for 10 or more years. The 2009 one-time award application will be available soon!

2009 NJAR® DISTINGUISHED SALES CLUB AWARD RECIPIENT

NJAR® Educational Foundation Scholarship

The 2010 application is now available for NJAR^® Educational Foundation scholarships. There are currently close to 40 scholarships available, ranging from $1,000 to $2,500 each. High school seniors and students enrolled in undergraduate and graduate college programs are eligible to apply. Applicants must reside in New Jersey and be a NJAR^® member or a relative of a NJAR^® member. Congratulations to 2010 recipient JOHN NECKONCHUCK. John will receive $2000 Nutter/Schwartz Award and he is attending Rutgers University.

NJAR® Annual Fair Housing Poster Contest.

This contest is sponsored by NJAR's Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity Committee and is open to school children Grades 3 through 6.

NJAR® Quarter Century Club

This club gives recognition to those REALTORS® who have had membership in NJAR for 25 years or more.

BCCAR REALTOR® of the Year Award

This is the highest honor that can be bestowed upon a REALTOR® by his peer group in recognition of outstanding contribution to the Association and the industry. A Committee is formed at the association to choose the winner. This name will also be sent onto NJAR as BCCAR's choice for NJAR REALTOR® of the Year (see below).

NJAR® REALTOR® of the Year Award

This is the highest honor that NJAR awards through the associations. This Award is in recognition of service to the Community, the REALTOR® Association and the Real Estate Industry. NJAR® Good Neighbor Awards

This award was put into place to bring recognition to an outstanding development project in your community. All nominations should demonstrate three (3) characteristics: economic benefit/job creation, architectural merit, and community involvement.
