Code of Ethics and Quadrennial Ethics Training Requirements
A requirement that went into effect January 1, 2001 states that ALL REALTORS® MUST take continuing ethics training every four (4) years.
This course was put into place in order to create an awareness and appreciation for the role that Code can and should play in their professional lives; to enhance professionalism and competency; and to encourage REALTORS® to view their Code of Ethics as living, viable guide in their daily dealings with clients.
New Members/REALTORS® have a short window of time to take the test that will need to be taken every four (4) years. To complete the training:
You must be in compliance to be APPROVED as a BCCAR member AND to obtain a Supra key.
