Board of Directors: Identifies industry trends and responds by establishing policies and strategic initiatives to keep the REALTOR® at the center of the transaction. Meets on Thursday mornings approximately every six weeks. (*Must submit a petition signed by 100 REALTOR® members in order to be included on the ballot for nomination. Affiliate Committee : Create programming, events and services to help maximize exposure and promote the value of using Affiliate services. Provide forum for information exchange through workshops. Forms Committee: Review current forms for accuracy and legal updates. Appropriate changes and make recommendations to Board of Directors for approval. Chair: Luci Jackson,

Young Professionals Committee: Age requirement is 39 years and younger (sorry oldsters!) Reach out to young members. Cultivate their knowledge of texting, blogging and the internet as their main form of marketing and communication. Create events and workshops to educate membership. REALTOR® Recognition Committee: Create criteria for REALTOR® of the Year. Process applications and choose a winner. Single out other members for special recognition based on community and volunteer work. Chair: Beth DelBiondo, Vice-Chair: Gail Cahill,  Staff liaison: Liz Peters.

Equal Opportunity & Cultural Diversity Committee: Develop policy in promoting equal opporunity housing and diversity within real estate. Create programming to enhance and educate membership awareness. Chair: Jean Bonilla, Vice-Chair: Bryan Pitt, Staff liaison: Maggie Kaplan.

Bylaws Committee: Ensure accuracy of the organization's bylaws. Ensure compliance with state (NJAR®) and National (NAR®) guidelines. Chair: Ron Woods, Vice-Chair: Donn Lamon, Staff liaison: Diane Streichert, CEO and Tony Campisi.

Community Outreach Committee: Identify and coordinate initiatives and projects that afford the Association's membership the opportunity to enhance the community. Chair: Jennifer Cotton, Vice-Chair: Steve Warrington, Staff liaison: Maggie Kaplan.

Professional Development Committee: Help create innovative educational programming and delivery methods which can compete in the global marketplace. Staff liaison: TBD.

RPAC Committee: Develop and implement programs to meet local RPAC fundraising goals.         Chair: Denise Jasinski, Vice-Chair: Jack McCormick,  Staff liaison: Elise Dinetz.

Legislative Committee: Monitors and reviews municipal and state legislation, working closely with Associated Business Solutions (ABS) for compatibility with private property rights, and provides recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding the stance it should take. Grievance Committee: Reviews formal ethics complaints and arbitration requests to determine if they are within the Association's scope of authority, as outlined in the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual 2009.  Chair: David Hargrave, Vice-Chair: David Forward, Staff liaison:

Professional Standards Committee: Conduct hearings in accordance and compliance with the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual 2010. Chair: Keri Ricci, Vice-Chair: Tony Balboni,

Other: BCCAR convenes limited-tenure task forces and advisory groups on an "as-needed" basis to address specific events or issues.

Charity Golf Outing Task Force: Organize and coordinate annual golf outing. Help with all aspects and arrangements of the golf outing to include: venue/location, charity of choice, advertising, prizes, sponsors and awards dinner. Chair: TBA, Vice-Chair: TBA,
