Each licensed agent must submit an application for REALTOR®
membership and complete the new member orientation process, which includes the MANDATORY CODE OF ETHICS, in order to be approved as a REALTOR® member.
NEWLY LICENSED AGENTS: Please click the JOIN ONLINE link above or download and fax the application below. As of September 1st, NEW Agents will pay $279.16. ($179.16 for 2010 dues, $95 application fee and $5 NAR® Legal Defense Fee). Fax to JoAnne at 856 428-1393 OR fax the application and CALL JoAnne at 856 428-1013 if you prefer not to fax the credit card info. We also accept checks and cash (cash in-house only).

PLEASE NOTE: Each licensed agent must submit an application for REALTOR® membership and complete the new member orientation process, which includes the MANDATORY CODE OF ETHICS, in order to be approved as a REALTOR® member.
REALTOR® (Defined as): An agent within an office of a Designated REALTOR® who holds an active real estate license and becomes a member of the Association.
SECONDARY REALTOR® (Defined as): A Designated REALTOR® or REALTOR® who holds membership in another local REALTOR® Association and has remitted state and national association dues through that Association. Secondary members pay local dues only.
Designated REALTOR® (Broker of Record)(defined as): Principal partner, corporate officer, or branch manager of a real estate or appraisal firm. There is only one Designated REALTOR® per company. The Designated REALTOR® is responsible for paying dues for all licensed agents within his or her firm. Annual Association membership dues for the Designated REALTOR® are calculated per licensed agent who is not a REALTOR® member (plus his/her personal dues) and includes an allocation for state and national association memberships. The Designated REALTOR® is responsible for paying the dues of REALTOR® members who do not fulfill their obligation by the final deadline. Each licensed agent must submit an application for REALTOR® membership and complete the new member orientation process in order to be approved as a REALTOR® member.
AFFILIATE MEMBERS - Annual Affiliate Membership dues are $200.00. The membership year runs from January 1st through December 31st, and dues are prorated on a monthly basis.

AFFILIATE - PRIMARY (defined as): Individuals who are not primarily involved in the sale or lease of property, and are not licensed to do so, but who have interests in the real estate profession. A primary affiliate membership may be granted to a person who is designated as the principal representative from such an organization.

AFFILIATE - SECONDARY (defined as):
