- Learn about the State's program. NJHMFA is the most popular program. Eligible buyers can obtain 10-15k along with an additional 7k if they are a 1st Generation buyer. We will explain how all that works.
- Learn about the Burlington County DPA. Eligible buyers can obtain 25k for down payment and closing costs. Learn the nuances of this program and the requirements.
- Learn about the Federal Home Loan Bank program. Eligible buyers can obtain an additional $19,500. This program can be combined with other programs.
- Learn how these programs can be "stacked". Eligible buyers could receive as much as $44,500 by combining two of these programs.
